Cuando se habla de empresas conscientes no hacemos referencia a una cuestion religiosa o etica, ni a organizaciones sin fines de lucro, ni a Programas de Responsabilidad Social Empresaria o ecológicos.
Estamos descubriendo el concepto de “empresa consciente” como “un espacio en el cual un grupo de personas con un proposito colectivo que los trasciende, cumplen sus mas profundas aspiraciones personales compremetiendo su saber y capacidades individuales fluyendo y cocreando el “campo cuantico de posibilidades”.
Es un concepto que va mucho mas alla de contar con un programa de beneficios para la comunidad, estamos hablando de empresas que cumplen al menos con las siguientes caractristicas:
Desde su constitucion su objetivo es el logro de beneficios para todos los involucrados, accionistas, empleados, clientes, sociedad, planeta.
Legalmente la compañía se hace responsable desde sus estatutos por todos los impactos negativos o no deseados, directos o indirectos, que pudiera causar en la comunidad en la que se desenvuelve.
Cuyos fundadores cocrean el destino del negocio resonando en el campo cuantico de infinitas posibilidades.
Para ello es preciso que los fundadores de estas compañias sean seres “despiertos” a esta nueva realidad que hoy de hace evidente.
Que es una “empresa conscientes”
Un empresa consciente es un ser vivo y es conducida por emprendedores y colaboradores despiertos, es decir cuando se es consciente de:
Su caracteristica de ser de luz en un cuerpo fisico,
Su pertenencia al “campo cuantico” que lo vincula a todas los demas seres de la existencia,
Su capacidad de manifestar en el mundo fisico sus pensamientos emociones y sentimientos.
Su capacidad de vivir en el “ahora” observando cada pensamiento emocion y sentimiento como un testigo alerta.
Desde esta perspectiva comienza a transformarse la empresa en consciente.
